Okay, so everybody has a “famous” chili recipe. Here’s mine:
3 lbs. lean ground beef
6 lg cans red kidney beans, drained
2 lg cans diced tomatoes, not drained

2 large onions, diced

Here’s an awesome meatloaf recipe. (And I don’t normally like meatloaf!) It’s very moist. The real secret is in the sauce that goes on top.
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 egg
3/4 cup rolled oats
medium onion, diced
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup milk

Ingredients:
4 tbsp. butter (or margarine)
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. Marsala wine (this is the key!!)
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
